Who wants to go to Angola anyways?
Unfortunately, I, and all but 5 people on the trip, couldn't get visas for Angola. After trying embassy after embassy, Angola flat out told us "No!".
So I flew over Angola from Pointe Noire, Congo to Johannesburg, South Africa via Addis, Ethiopia and will eventually meet up with the truck in Windhoek, Namibia (are you following this?).
But now I'm glad I had to fly over because I've had a great time in Johannesburg. And Anna, Sharlene, and I rented a car for a few days and visited the country of Swaziland and loved it! Posts will follow...
